Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Experience in the FinTech or financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and roadmaps.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
