Job Description
PaidHR is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our HR technology solutions resonate with users by clearly articulating their value and driving adoption.
You will be instrumental in shaping the product narrative, developing effective go-to-market strategies, and overseeing adoption outcomes. Your expertise will transform technical features into tangible user benefits, leading to increased engagement and commercial success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure features meet user needs.
- Apply marketability principles to product decisions, validating value and adoption paths.
- Develop clear and differentiated value propositions from product capabilities.
- Own all in-app product copy, including onboarding, prompts, tooltips, and guidance.
- Ensure product language is human, clear, and aligns with HR user workflows.
- Collaborate with Design and Product to reduce friction and enhance feature comprehension.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features and updates.
- Define launch messaging, positioning, target segments, and adoption flows.
- Create internal and external enablement materials (one-pagers, FAQs, release notes, etc.).
- Train Sales and Customer Success teams on new features and value propositions.
- Act as the primary source for feature messaging.
- Own post-launch adoption strategies, including education and messaging iterations.
- Diagnose underperforming features and identify gaps in positioning or onboarding.
- Track and report on feature adoption and user behavior using analytics tools.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Enablement, UX Writing, or a related role within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Demonstrated experience launching product features and driving adoption.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-centric messaging.
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Data literacy with experience interpreting product usage and adoption metrics.
- Strong ownership mindset and comfort being accountable for outcomes.
