Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Media & Marketing Manager to join our leading helicopter charter services company, a key player supporting the offshore oil & gas sector across West Africa. This role is pivotal in driving our brand's visibility, enhancing our market presence, and securing significant business growth.
You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align brand awareness with revenue generation. This includes optimizing all digital touchpoints, managing marketing budgets effectively, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and closing high-value business opportunities, building strong relationships with senior executives, and maintaining our competitive edge in a specialized industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing roadmap linking brand awareness to revenue generation.
- Manage all digital touchpoints (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email) and optimize paid media spend for high ROAS.
- Allocate marketing budgets strategically to maximize brand equity and lead volume.
- Liaise across Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and brand consistency.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value business opportunities aligned with long-term goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with CEOs and Director-level executives in target sectors.
- Lead full sales cycles from lead generation to contract finalization.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to maintain a first-mover advantage.
- Maintain accurate, data-backed sales pipelines and forecasts for the MD and Group Chairman.
- Maintain a unified brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Oversee content lifecycle, including social media (videos, reels, stories), editorial content (whitepapers, blog posts, newsletters, press releases), and multimedia (photography and videography).
- Pioneer innovative content formats such as podcasts or interactive infographics.
- Grow and nurture online communities to maintain a professional, responsive brand image.
- Collaborate with industry influencers to amplify reach.
- Monitor brand sentiment and address reputation risks proactively.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and social insights.
- Deliver monthly executive summaries highlighting KPIs, conversion rates, and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years in Media, Marketing, or Business Development, with 3+ years in a management role.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value corporate deals.
- Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing tools and content production workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and lead cross-departmental projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
