Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer to join our team on a contract basis, focusing on driving significant return on ad spend for our e-commerce clients. This role is crucial for developing and implementing acquisition strategies through paid advertising on Meta and TikTok platforms.
You will be responsible for auditing ad accounts, leveraging data to inform strategy, and collaborating with the Growth Strategist to align paid social efforts with client objectives. Effective testing of creative assets and meticulous optimization based on performance data will be key to your success.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with founders of fast-growing DTC brands, gain deep insights into commercial operations, and contribute directly to their scaling trajectory. Key Responsibilities
- Execute paid media strategy to ensure client success within their POD.
- Audit ad accounts and use collected data to inform ad account strategy.
- Collaborate with the Growth Strategist to establish paid social strategies centered around client objectives.
- Utilize ad account and Triple Whale data for ad account optimizations.
- Effectively test creative assets, both internally and externally developed.
- Report key learnings, bottlenecks, and future ad account direction to the Growth Strategist.
- Ensure all actions in ad accounts are aligned with established objectives and KPIs.
- Communicate performance through weekly/monthly client reports and discussions with the Growth Strategist.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience running paid social advertising on Meta.
- Stay current with paid social trends and apply insights to client service.
- Strong understanding of effective paid social testing and scaling approaches.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Extensive experience using ad account data to inform daily optimizations and changes.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to maintain thorough ad account hygiene through structure and naming conventions.
- At least two years of experience running Meta and TikTok Ads at a high level for e-commerce brands.
- Preferably, prior agency experience or experience in a 7-8 figure e-commerce brand.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and DTC e-commerce.
- Exceptional research skills to adapt quickly to varied client needs.
