Job Description

Mountain Studio is seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to join their remote team in India. This role is ideal for an individual early in their career who is eager to gain practical experience in marketing execution.

You will work directly alongside the founder, taking ownership of various marketing efforts. This includes transforming ideas and discussions into structured content for platforms like LinkedIn, blogs, and newsletters, as well as managing the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing.

Key responsibilities involve conducting basic market and industry research to support positioning strategies, tracking and managing inbound and outbound leads, and maintaining CRM systems with accuracy. You will also be involved in drafting outreach messages and follow-up communications.

The role emphasizes the effective use of AI tools to enhance speed and quality in writing, research, and documentation. We are looking for someone with strong written communication skills, a knack for bringing clarity to unstructured inputs, and a high degree of ownership and reliability.
