Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Program Associate to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing program activities, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met. You will also play a key part in collecting and analyzing program data to generate comprehensive reports, and in managing community engagement to provide essential technical support to program participants.

Your ability to maintain accurate records and foster cross-functional collaboration will be vital for ensuring seamless program execution.

2+ years of experience in community management or program coordination
Strong data analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, etc.)
Proven technical support background with the ability to troubleshoot tools/platforms
Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills
