Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, cold email sequencing, and social selling, to identify potential clients in targeted industries and markets.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within targeted organizations.
- Utilize various sales tools and resources to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Engage with prospects to understand their transportation needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Shuttlers' services and solutions.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about leads to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and pipeline status to your supervisor.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth hand-off and proper follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing role; prior experience as an SDR or BDR is a plus.
