Job Description
Norrenberger Asset Management Limited is seeking motivated Direct Sales Agents to drive product awareness and client acquisition among corps members across various NYSC platforms. This role is crucial for expanding our reach and mobilizing investments within the youth demographic.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging product presentations, conducting financial literacy sessions, and managing a database of prospects. Leveraging social media and collaborating with community leaders will be key to your success in building trust and driving sustainable growth in our retail investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend daily CDS activities to deliver product presentations and enhance brand visibility.
- Mobilize investments from corps members and promote company investment products.
- Participate in NYSC camp visitations for client acquisition.
- Organize financial literacy sessions to educate corps members.
- Build and manage a database of corps members for ongoing communication.
- Utilize social media platforms to amplify product awareness.
- Coordinate weekly engagement reports detailing activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with local influencers and CDS leaders.
- Identify and onboard corps member ambassadors.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and contests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand promotion, event coordination, or community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to use social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, X/Twitter) for brand storytelling and audience engagement.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
- Experience working with youth organizations, NGOs, or campus/outreach programs is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including during NYSC camp and CDS schedules.
