Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences by expertly translating business visions into structured, implementable Salesforce solutions.

You will lead clients through process transformations, define robust business architectures, and enable scalable Salesforce programs. This position requires a blend of business consulting acumen, process modelling expertise, and hands-on Salesforce functional knowledge to drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structured discovery and stakeholder workshops to define business objectives, pain points, and transformation opportunities.
  • Translate business intent into capability models, BPMN process architectures, epics, and user stories.
  • Define future-state operating models and end-to-end process designs aligned to Salesforce best practices.
  • Own requirements lifecycle management from ideation to backlog refinement, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability from business outcomes to solution design and delivery.
  • Advise on optimal use of Salesforce OOTB capabilities vs. customization, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Partner with Technical Architects and delivery teams to translate requirements into robust, multi-cloud solutions.
  • Drive functional solution design across core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Data/Revenue/Commerce as applicable).
  • Enforce platform best practices, design guardrails, and industry standards.
  • Oversee functional validation, UAT strategy, and business acceptance to ensure alignment with intended outcomes.
  • Develop capability roadmaps, transformation blueprints, and prioritization frameworks aligned to client strategy.
  • Advise on CRM maturity, process optimization, and customer experience transformation.
  • Define business cases and value realization frameworks with clear linkage to KPIs and outcomes.
  • Support target operating model (TOM) definition and governance structures for scalable adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, driving value-led conversations and continuous improvement.
  • Support pre-sales, solution shaping, and proposal development with strong functional context.
  • Contribute to solution narratives and executive storytelling aligned to business outcomes.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, cross-cloud use cases, and process-led transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor Business Analysts and Functional Consultants on business architecture, process modelling, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to practice assets, accelerators, and delivery frameworks.
  • Drive adoption of structured methodologies (BPMN, capability modelling, backlog governance).
  • Support internal enablement on industry trends, Salesforce innovations, and functional patterns.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Architect, Functional Lead, or Senior Consultant in Salesforce or digital transformation programs.
  • Strong client-facing experience, leading workshops, stakeholder alignment, and requirements definition.
  • Expertise in business process modelling (BPMN) and requirements engineering.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and design trade-offs (configuration vs. customization).
  • Experience across core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience; exposure to Commerce/Revenue/Data Cloud is a plus).
  • Proven delivery of functional artifacts (process maps, capability models, user stories, solution blueprints).
  • Candidates with one or more of Salesforce consultant certificates (Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, Revenue etc) are preferred.
