Key Responsibilities

Oversee new construction projects from the planning phase through to successful completion
Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring efficiency and adherence to plans
Oversee multiple sites concurrently, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications
Exercise effective control and coordination of Engineers, Suppliers, and Contractors
Manage site materials and ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Prepare regular progress reports and provide timely updates to management
Participate in management meetings with Engineers to discuss project status and strategies
Perform any ad-hoc functions and other duties assigned by management as required

Qualifications

Candidate should be male
Candidate should possess a Degree/HND in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 3 (three) years of proven experience as a Site Project Manager
Candidate should possess strong leadership and disciplinary skills to manage site personnel effectively
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple sites concurrently
