Job Description
We are seeking a creative and engaging Social Media Associate to join our team at Shuttlers! As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online community across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and Twitter (X). Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Shuttlers’ social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and Twitter (X)
- Engage with our audience through comments, replies, DMs, and mentions in a friendly, brand-appropriate tone
- Actively grow our social media community by participating in relevant conversations and trends
- Create and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut (and similar tools)
- Write clear, witty, and relatable captions that drive engagement and brand love
- Monitor social sentiment and escalate feedback or issues when necessary
- Support campaign rollouts, announcements, and real-time content during activations
- Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and share insights with the team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and Twitter (X) including trends and best practices
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write in a friendly, relatable, and conversational tone
- Strong sense of internet culture and audience behavior
- Ability to respond quickly, thoughtfully, and professionally to online interactions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
