Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire order lifecycle, from placement to delivery. You will foster strong relationships with vendors and ensure seamless coordination across departments, contributing directly to the efficiency of our technology-driven operations.

Your responsibilities will include processing and placing all orders, negotiating terms with vendors, and maintaining robust vendor relationships. You will provide essential weekly updates on orders, manage vendor onboarding and performance, and ensure fair bidding processes. Additionally, you will oversee deliveries, post transactions on accounting software, and handle crucial operational documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and place orders for projects.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors, distributors, and OEMs.
  • Maintain and foster strong vendor, distributor, and OEM relationships.
  • Provide weekly order updates to project teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, performance assessment, and offboarding.
  • Ensure fair bidding processes and submit pricing analysis for approval.
  • Follow up on vendor payments in line with agreed terms.
  • Oversee order pick-up and delivery to the office.
  • Post transactions on the accounting software and handle operational documents (e.g., APGs, Performance Bonds, certifications).
  • Review and update departmental documentation as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a tech environment.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability.
