Job Description

We are seeking a Site Clerk for construction projects.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the site office, head office, and external vendors. Your responsibilities will include filing all documents according to company standards and project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS).

You will maintain updated logs for all incoming and outgoing project documents, such as drawings, correspondence, RFIs, and submittals, and transmit these documents to site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and the head office.

Key duties also involve coordinating site material deliveries, verifying items against delivery notes, and reporting any discrepancies to procurement. You will gather daily logs from site engineers to compile and format Daily Progress and Site Reports, and record daily attendance, overtime hours, and timesheets for site laborers and staff.

Additionally, you will manage site office inventory and general administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 3-4 years of relevant construction related experience in the UAE.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email correspondence.
