Job Description
Infosys Consulting, the management consulting division of the global technology leader Infosys, is seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join its European HR Team.
This role is crucial for supporting the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring the efficient execution of HR operational processes across the UK and the broader European region. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees, contributing to a dynamic and international work environment.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle daily HR administration and routine operational processes.
- Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related queries, collaborating closely with the HR Manager.
- Maintain accurate and timely employee data and records.
- Contribute accurate inputs for the monthly payroll cycle.
- Support corporate HR initiatives, process optimization, and participate in European HR projects.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR administration or HR services.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach.
- Preferred: Experience in an international company, entry-level HR certification.
