Job Description

SCCD Training is seeking a dedicated Teacher Recruitment Specialist to join their team, focusing on sourcing and placing high-quality teaching professionals within schools.

This full-time, permanent role is based across Stratford and Woolwich in London. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with both educational institutions and candidates to ensure successful placements.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging qualified teachers through various channels, conducting screenings and interviews, and coordinating placements. You will also collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with SCCD Training’s objectives and maintain accurate recruitment metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK education system and teacher recruitment needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and school representatives effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to meet recruitment targets.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and CRM tools.
