Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Creators Lead to spearhead our creator workstream, managing end-to-end execution across all client engagements and campaigns.

This role is central to our mission of creating impactful and resonant campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing creator talent that aligns with brand values and campaign objectives, ensuring authentic and impactful collaborations.

Your expertise will guide creator strategy from initial brief to post-campaign analysis, fostering strong relationships with creators and integrating their contributions seamlessly into broader marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the creator workstream across all clients and campaigns, from brief to delivery.
  • Shape creator strategy, ensuring genuine cultural understanding and audience resonance.
  • Source and vet talent based on audience, values, cultural credibility, and brief alignment.
  • Conduct due diligence on creators, including brand safety, audience authenticity, and past partnerships.
  • Brief and manage creators throughout campaigns, building lasting relationships.
  • Ensure creator content is integrated into wider campaign thinking.
  • Stay informed about current creator culture, emerging talent, and interesting work.
  • Support pitches that include creator strategy as part of the offer.

Qualifications

  • Real experience in a creator or talent role, ideally agency-side across multiple brand categories.
  • Genuine passion for and understanding of creator culture across TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, Substack, and communities.
  • Strong instincts for matching talent to a brief in a way that feels earned, not transactional.
  • Existing relationships with talent management, MCNs, and agencies, or the ability to build them quickly.
  • Commercially grounded understanding of fees, negotiation, and margin protection.
  • Comfortable holding client conversations and advocating for recommendations.
