Job Description

Join Huble, a leading global consultancy and a HubSpot Global Partner of the Year, as a French-Speaking CRM Sales Enablement Consultant. We empower mid-market and enterprise businesses to achieve greater agility and innovation through expert HubSpot, AI, marketing, and creative services.

In this pivotal role, you will act as a systems thinker, dedicated to refining and implementing best-practice sales processes for our clients. You will engage with diverse sales teams, analyzing their current workflows and optimizing them using the HubSpot platform and other advanced sales enablement tools.

Your expertise in Sales Operations will be paramount. This client-facing position involves providing consultancy, training, and implementation of sales and new business best practices, alongside the optimal setup and utilization of HubSpot Sales and CRM tools.

Key responsibilities include understanding client sales operations needs, optimizing sales processes through HubSpot automation and sales enablement tools, and acting as a knowledge base for Sales Hub. You will also build sales reports, leverage analytics for insights, and train clients on new processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales technology and sales process transformations for clients and within Huble.
  • Provide 'best-in-class' consultancy and strategy on Sales Operations and HubSpot Sales & CRM deployment and optimization.
  • Understand client growth objectives and optimize their sales processes using HubSpot Automation & Sales Enablement tools.
  • Propose solutions for improving or configuring technology and strategy.
  • Demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of sales enablement tools and their role in sales.
  • Understand how sales tech integrations work and their importance.
  • Stay aware of emerging sales technologies.
  • Ensure Sales Hub tools are leveraged to their maximum by Huble’s customers.
  • Build dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
  • Train large sales teams and sales C-Suite on newly developed sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Business Strategy (e.g., BComm Honours, BBusSci in Marketing, Masters in Marketing or Business, Business Analyst).
  • Fully certified in HubSpot Sales 1 & 2, plus 3 other HubSpot certifications.
  • Relevant sales certifications/courses.
  • 2+ years of HubSpot use (or similar CRM/Marketing Automation platform).
  • 3+ years experience in a senior sales role with knowledge of sales team structures, sales processes and methodologies, sales analytics, forecasting, sales reporting, sales strategy, and technologies enabling better sales processes.
  • Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent (e.g., SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools, methodologies, and practices.
  • Technically minded with the ability to grasp our technology stack (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent command of English with exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to present work and articulate succinctly; adept at high-level client presentations.
  • Excellent communication, influential, and interpersonal skills.
