In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, optimizing product placement in retail environments, and building strong, lasting relationships with key store contacts. Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed regional KPIs and sales targets.
  • Secure and optimize display space and product placement in retail locations.
  • Drive consumer awareness through point-of-sale materials and in-store promotions.
  • Educate consumers on product benefits and brand differentiators.
  • Maintain product quality, stock rotation, and organization of back stock.
  • Accurately utilize CRM applications to document daily activities and sales execution.
  • Build and maintain positive rapport with key retail contacts.
  • Service assigned accounts consistently and follow up purposefully.
  • Develop and schedule weekly account visits based on business needs.
  • Identify customer needs and partner to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve mutually beneficial agreements through skilled negotiation.
  • Contribute to a positive company culture and partner with teammates on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Sales experience across various classes of trade, including Grocery, Mass, Natural & Drug.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Ability to lift 20lbs continuously to build displays.
  • Must possess and be willing to use a personal vehicle for travel to accounts.
  • Ability to travel overnight on occasion.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-growth, start-up environment.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
