DIGITEC ICT LIMITED is seeking a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to oversee contract lifecycles and cultivate key ICT partnerships. This role is crucial for protecting recurring revenue and driving expansion opportunities across our cloud, networking, and cybersecurity offerings.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end renewals for Cloud, Cyber, and Managed Services. You will transform routine renewals into strategic upsell and expansion opportunities, ensuring your technical teams are aligned with client goals for elite delivery. A key aspect of the role involves proactively mitigating churn risks and delivering high-accuracy revenue forecasts, alongside driving contract closures and maintaining a high-integrity CRM.

  • Candidates without direct ICT experience will still be considered if they bring strong customer management, business development or relationship management capabilities along with a high drive to learn and excel in the ICT industry.
