Job Description

Executive Health Solutions (EHS), a key division of Altius Group, is at the forefront of delivering exceptional corporate and executive health programs across Australia. We collaborate with organizations nationwide to provide premium health assessments, expertly conducted by some of the country's most distinguished doctors and allied health professionals.

We are actively seeking a dedicated Client Service Liaison to join our esteemed VIP Health Assessment Centre, conveniently located in the Sydney CBD at Martin Place. This is a part-time position offering a dynamic and client-facing experience where no two days are alike. You will be instrumental in managing appointment coordination, ensuring outstanding client care, and overseeing the smooth daily operations of the clinic, providing essential support to our doctors, exercise physiologists, and corporate clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book appointments for corporate and private clients, meeting daily KPIs.
  • Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all clients during their clinic visits.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries efficiently.
  • Liaise effectively with doctors, exercise physiologists, and the broader clinic team.
  • Maintain accurate booking schedules, client records, and medical documentation.
  • Assist with general clinic administration, stock control, and client-facing areas.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in appointment scheduling or reception, preferably within a medical or allied health setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior executives.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse appointment types.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
  • Proficiency in using booking systems, Excel, and document management tools.
  • Availability to work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with flexible shift options between 7 am - 3 pm or 9 am - 5 pm (including a 40-minute lunch break).
