Job Description

You will be instrumental in coordinating client needs, developing proposals, and scheduling service delivery with organizational psychologists and consultants. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries, preparing reports, handling invoicing, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Organisational Services team in scoping client needs and developing proposals for psychosocial, wellbeing and organisational performance services
  • Liaising with internal and external clients via phone and email, including meeting and greeting
  • Coordinating and scheduling service delivery across organisational psychologists and consultants
  • Acting as a key point of contact to support a positive and professional client experience
  • Diary and calendar management for consultants and service delivery
  • Scheduling workshops, assessments, meetings and other service activities
  • Preparing internal and external reports and documentation
  • Data entry, file creation and document management
  • Invoicing and supporting accurate financial administration
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects aligned to organisational services and wellbeing initiatives
  • Supporting consultants and team members to deliver services efficiently and effectively
  • Assisting with internal coordination to ensure workloads are balanced and delivery timelines are met
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of coordination and administrative processes

Qualifications

  • Interest or background in psychology, mental health, wellbeing or organisational development
  • Enjoys working in a professional services environment
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
