Job Description
Bailey Abbott is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team. We are a dynamic IT Consultancy committed to driving innovation and delivering exceptional results for our clients across various industries.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Elicit, document, and analyse complex requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage requirements through their lifecycle, including validation, verification, and traceability
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather critical information and insights
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive innovation in business processes, investigating and analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement with the customer
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven track record in consulting roles or a strong aspiration to embody the essence of a genuine Consultant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in gathering requirements and conducting business process analysis
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
