We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our expanding Credit Program Management team. This role serves as a crucial liaison between our origination business units and the product development team, focusing on implementing new codes and rules to enhance credit decisioning and underwriting. You will play a key part in automating our entire origination process by translating business requirements and user stories into technical specifications for our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Credit Strategy & Management team to support credit rules, pricing, business process improvements, and automations.
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders using techniques like interviews, brainstorming, requirement workshops, observation, and focus groups.
- Analyze and interpret requirements for viability against business objectives and usability for technical development and coding.
- Document requirements by creating use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, operational and technical requirement documents, and data flow diagrams (DFD).
- Work closely with Program Managers and the DevOps team to ensure efficient deployment and operational support.
- Lead or participate in projects using tools like JIRA and Agile methodologies.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for program performance and project delivery.
- Recommend workarounds, value additions, and solution bottlenecks by leveraging deep business and technology knowledge.
- Support the development and testing of the product, including creating test plans and test cases.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a credit risk analytic role.
- 2+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- 2+ years of experience in reporting systems like Sigma, Tableau, or PowerBI is preferred.
- Experience in Snowflake is a plus.
- Experience in auto finance, with a strong focus on originations and operations, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Statistics, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Data Science/Analytics preferred.
- Strong written communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
