Job Description
ProDevs is looking for a dedicated and reliable Conductor / Bus Marshal to join our Operations team. This crucial role involves ensuring the accurate management of passenger movement and revenue, providing essential operational support, and delivering excellent customer service across assigned routes.
You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our payment processes, assisting drivers, and ensuring a safe and pleasant journey for all passengers. We seek an individual with strong numerical accuracy, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding company policies and safety standards.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately count passengers boarding and alighting from the bus.
- Ensure all payments are processed through approved channels, strictly preventing unauthorized collections.
- Maintain precise records of daily passenger movement and revenue collection.
- Assist drivers with boarding, alighting procedures, and overall route management.
- Monitor trip progress and promptly report any delays or operational issues to supervisors.
- Support the safe and timely completion of all scheduled trips.
- Address passenger inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Work to minimize passenger complaints through attentive service and clear communication.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Immediately report any discrepancies or breaches in process to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification (HND/BSc is an advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in transport operations, bus marshaling, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong numerical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of digital ticketing and cashless payment systems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and discipline.
