Job Description
ProDevs is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Ticketing / Booking Officer to join our dynamic Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless and accurate ticketing processes, promoting digital payment solutions, and delivering exceptional service to our passengers.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a proactive approach to encouraging cashless transactions. You will be at the forefront of our digital adoption efforts, guiding passengers through modern booking and payment methods while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer care.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Issue tickets exclusively through approved digital booking systems.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and prevent manual or off-system sales.
- Promote and encourage cashless payment methods such as POS, transfers, and digital wallets.
- Educate passengers on digital booking and payment options to increase digital transaction ratios.
- Resolve basic booking issues and system-related customer inquiries efficiently.
- Provide clear and comprehensive travel information, including schedules, pricing, and policies.
- Maintain professional and courteous customer service at all times.
- Ensure zero ticket discrepancies and strict adherence to booking, reconciliation, and reporting standards.
- Promptly escalate any system or reconciliation issues to the Terminal Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in ticketing, sales, customer service, or retail operations.
- Familiarity with digital booking systems and POS operations.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating online systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
