Job Description

Ablaze Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team in Ikeja, Lagos. This role is crucial for managing client interactions, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth objectives.

You will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming phone calls, identifying potential sales leads, and building lasting relationships with clients through open and interactive communication. A key aspect of this role involves providing accurate and complete information using the most effective methods and tools available.

Success will be measured by your ability to meet personal and team sales targets, handle customer complaints effectively, and maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and filed documents. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
