Job Description

Suki is seeking a motivated Associate Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise healthcare accounts, driving adoption and ensuring our AI voice solutions deliver exceptional value and a strong return on investment.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from implementation and deployment to ongoing engagement and relationship management. This includes conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing "At The Elbow" training in clinical settings, and building strong relationships with C-level executives and clinical leaders.

This position requires a proactive approach to identifying expansion opportunities, mitigating risks, and continuously improving our deployment playbooks. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 3-5 enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive successful implementation, deployment, and adoption of Suki's AI voice solutions.
  • Own and execute the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, including content creation and value analysis.
  • Provide "At The Elbow" training and onsite coordination within clinical environments.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with C-level executives, clinical department heads, and IT leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for usage expansion and drive initiatives to meet revenue and retention targets.
  • Develop creative solutions to mitigate risks and iterate on deployment playbooks.
  • Advise clinicians on workflow adaptation to incorporate Suki effectively.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or Master's Degree.
  • 3-5 years of enterprise customer-facing experience, specifically within Healthcare SaaS.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and manage complex timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to master the technical nuances of EMR integrations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50%+ across the US.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate providers’ schedules across various time zones.
  • Strong understanding of medical documentation and clinical workflows (strongly preferred).
  • Previous experience managing revenue targets or expansion quotas (strongly preferred).
