We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team, serving customers from our Omole Phase 2, Lagos location. This role is essential for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of our online sales channels.
In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers across all social media platforms. You will also coordinate with dispatch riders to ensure timely deliveries and address any delivery-related issues.
