In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Honeywell's extensive portfolio within your assigned territory. Your focus will encompass solutions in automation, operational optimization, instrumentation, and the provision of ongoing service and support. You will play a key part in helping building owners and operators improve safety, energy efficiency, and create a superior building experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client business and identify value-creation opportunities.
  • Explore new markets and acquire new clients, particularly at the decision-making level.
  • Qualify and develop business opportunities, conduct negotiations, and close deals.
  • Represent Honeywell professionally, proactively, and ethically with clients.
  • Apply proven sales strategies and effectively utilize the CRM system for forecasting and planning.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Administration or Engineering, preferably with a technical background.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and building relationships at the executive level.
  • Solid understanding of Building Automation (BMS) and specific customer requirements.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to undertake regular business travel.
