Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Installation and Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring workplace safety and implementing preventive maintenance strategies for our clients' pallet racking systems.
As an Installation and Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing our specialized rack repair solutions directly within client warehouses. This involves working on existing steel storage systems and utilizing a variety of tools to ensure secure and effective repairs.
Your daily tasks will include setting up repair solutions, operating tools like concrete drills, Sawzalls, grinders, and band saws, and interacting professionally with clients on-site. You will also be responsible for quality control and maintaining a clean work environment after each installation.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Install pallet rack repair solutions in various warehouses.
- Utilize tools such as concrete drills, Sawzalls, grinders, and band saws for installations.
- Represent Damotech professionally when interacting with clients on-site.
- Perform quality control checks and clean installation sites daily and upon completion of the job.
- Ensure all order forms are accurately completed by the client.
Qualifications
- Essential bilingualism in English and French for effective communication.
- Ability to lift heavy loads while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Capacity to work in physically demanding positions for extended periods.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Proficiency with tools like concrete drills, Sawzalls, grinders, and band saws is an asset.
- Experience interacting with clients, explaining work, and signing order forms is an asset.

- Annual salary of 50,000-64,000 CAD

- Occasional overtime available, up to 50 hours
