Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with statutory filings and regulatory requirements (PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, NMDPRA, CAC, etc.)
  • Conduct internal compliance audits and assist in policy implementation
  • Maintain accurate documentation and generate timely compliance reports
  • Collaborate with internal departments to uphold regulatory and company standards
  • Monitor changes in regulations and update internal procedures accordingly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in compliance, audit, or documentation management
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple compliance tasks across departments
