We are seeking a skilled marketer adept at identifying gaps within the customer journey and strategically employing content, copywriting, and email marketing to achieve key marketing and product objectives. A strong analytical mindset is essential, as you will be expected to use data to inform marketing decisions, meticulously track performance, and demonstrate contributions to the bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product discovery and feedback calls with users and customers, translating insights into improved messaging and conversion opportunities.
  • Create and optimize copy for product and marketing landing pages.
  • Write clear, informative, and SEO-optimized articles and feature education content to enhance awareness and understanding of released features.
  • Develop emails and lifecycle content to support user adoption, retention, and conversion.
  • Support product communication across various channels, including blog posts, release notes, emails, rollout messaging, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and marketing stakeholders to refine messaging across key customer touchpoints.
  • Track content and campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to campaigns designed to drive adoption of Engage features.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, with a preference for experience within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating effective email workflows or drip campaigns that drive conversion.
  • Proven ability to create SEO-driven content that measurably increases traffic and engagement.
  • Experience in copywriting, campaign ideation, and landing page optimization.
  • A strong understanding of content distribution strategies, including social media and email marketing.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with or the ability to quickly learn tools such as Customer.io, Flodesk, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics for customer engagement or event tracking.
  • High levels of creativity and a strong sense of ownership over retention and conversion pipelines.
