Job Description

Growth CX is seeking an experienced Cold Outreach Lead to spearhead our lead generation efforts remotely.

With a minimum of 4 years of experience in cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach, you will be responsible for generating a consistent flow of qualified leads and demos for our clients each month. This role requires ownership to lead the outreach team effectively, utilizing expertise in cold emailing and LinkedIn automation tools.

You will excel at writing personalized content and will be adept at A/B testing different email elements to continuously optimize performance and drive successful outreach campaigns.
