Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our innovative sports betting education company. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in guiding new customers through their initial online casino experiences.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as the welcoming presence that assists players in claiming their welcome bonuses, utilizing free play on slots, and accurately recording their winnings. You will ensure every new customer receives a smooth, enjoyable, and professional onboarding journey.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through the online casino welcome bonus process.
- Onboard and guide new customers following internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide clear, upbeat, and friendly instructions via phone, chat, or video call.
- Build rapport with customers while maintaining brand professionalism.
- Answer customer questions promptly and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate notes and status updates within the CRM.
- Ensure customer onboarding tasks are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), with a response time under 1 hour.
- Collect feedback from clients to improve the onboarding experience.
- Assist with developing onboarding FAQs and SOPs for continuous improvement.
- Support general customer success and administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or Support).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, characterized by clarity, warmth, and empathy.
- A charismatic and personable approach to customer interactions.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for simple reporting.
- Experience using CRM or helpdesk tools (e.g., Gorgias, HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Comfortable using Slack and Zoom for internal communication.
- Ability to work full-time EST hours.
