Job Description
Mindgrub Technologies is actively seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Sales Executive, known internally as the "Engagement Director" or "Goal Crusher." This critical role is designed to spearhead the achievement of our strategic growth objectives by consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales, revenue, and profitability targets. You will be at the forefront of expanding our client base and fostering deeper client relationships, with a primary focus on our cutting-edge digital solutions, including mobile applications, web applications, websites, AI, and AR/VR technologies.
In this position, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with existing clients to drive increased revenue and profit from our marketing and design services. Simultaneously, you will identify, qualify, and secure new clients to diversify revenue streams and enhance profitability, with a strategic aim to establish long-term, retained client partnerships. You will meticulously manage client-specific pricing requirements while ensuring Mindgrub's profitability targets are met or surpassed. Effective utilization of Mindgrub's CRM system for all lead, prospect, and client interactions is essential for ensuring consistent client engagement with our marketing campaigns and event activities.
You will lead pitches and proposals, expertly guiding prospects through the sales process. This involves collaborating with internal teams to draft compelling response content, clearly articulating client opportunities, and developing strategic approaches that propel client businesses forward. A key aspect of this role is educating clients on the comprehensive range of Mindgrub's marketing offerings, encompassing creative services, digital marketing, branding, SEO/SEM, campaign strategy, design and execution, content strategy and copywriting, as well as website design and development.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and profit for marketing and design services.
- Identify, qualify, and procure new clients to diversify and increase revenue and profitability, seeking to create retained clients.
- Understand and comply with client-specific pricing requirements while meeting and exceeding profitability targets.
- Utilize Mindgrub’s CRM for all leads, prospects, and client contacts.
- Lead pitches and proposals, working with prospects through the sales process.
- Draft response content, clearly communicate client opportunity, and collaborate with the team to develop strategies.
- Educate clients on the breadth of Mindgrub’s marketing offerings.
- Support kick-off meetings and engagement support between sales, production departments, and clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client and project health throughout the engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with the services and technologies Mindgrub offers.
- Experience using and maintaining CRMs/sales software preferred.
- Executed company sales strategies for a product or region with a focus on Marketing, Creative, and Digital services.
- Established trusting relationships with peers to assure inter-departmental coordination and effectiveness.
- Negotiated and closed, or assisted in negotiating or closing, large account deals of $1MM+.
- Collaborated on a daily basis with co-workers either affecting or affected by sales initiatives.
- A record of listening, gathering information and getting clarification to understand issues.
- Presented ideas and information effectively and persuasively.
- Represented a company effectively to the industry, clients, and prospects.
- Exhibited strong writing and analytic abilities, with an attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and with teams to successfully produce results.
- Upbeat, positive, quick to learn, with an adaptive and collaborative attitude.
- Expanded existing client relationships and developed new clients for substantial growth in sales and profitability.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex sales contracts on favorable terms.
- Maintained an ongoing dialogue with clients, prospects, and business contacts for additional revenue opportunities, problem resolution, and ideas for continuous service improvement.
