Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base by driving a significant increase in Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

You will own the entire demand generation funnel, from ideation and experimentation to execution and optimization across various channels. Your mission is to bring innovative strategies to life, challenging conventional methods to find the most efficient paths to qualified demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define SQL criteria with Sales and set monthly targets.
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute cross-channel growth experiments.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Advertising).
  • Improve website conversion rates through landing page optimization and A/B testing.
  • Implement SEO strategies and create content targeting ICP problems.
  • Build and manage email/drip campaigns and remarketing efforts.
  • Maintain tracking in GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and build performance dashboards.
  • Model spend, set budget targets, and reallocate resources effectively.
  • Document processes, wins, and losses to facilitate team learning.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B growth/demand generation experience for services.
  • Proven track record of achieving cost-per-SQL, pipeline, or ROAS goals.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and Ahrefs.
  • Proficiency in WordPress for landing page creation and editing.
  • Comfort with Gravity Forms for lead capture.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel metrics, and experiment design.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis and forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
