Required Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock reception and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Issue stock to customers for cash sales.
• Maintain an online Goods Received and Goods Issued log.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly stock takes.
• Scan Sun King inventory in and out on a serial basis.
• Report any inventory shortages, theft, or loss to the zonal warehouse.
• Prepare daily on-hand stock reports for stakeholders.
• Report on daily issued stock for replacement and replenishment.
• Manage repairs and spare parts, identifying technical issues and verifying warranty eligibility.
• Perform basic checks on faulty units before replacement.
• Ensure the experience center is well-maintained, tidy, and organized by SKU.
• Maintain a neat and pleasant ambiance in the experience center.
• Observe safety procedures to prevent hazards.
• Welcome walk-in customers and provide necessary assistance.

Qualifications

• A degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution in any related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a related role.
• Effective verbal, communication, and people skills.
• High levels of integrity with a proactive and positive attitude.
• A strong customer-centric attitude and focus.
• A team player spirit with high levels of flexibility.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gauge client needs.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word.
