Job Description
Aureole Consulting Limited is seeking a dynamic and reliable Kiosk / Shop Supervisor to join a thriving retail business in the consumer goods industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our outlets, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Kiosk / Shop Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing daily operations, from opening to closing, and ensuring that all targets are met. Your ability to maintain excellent customer relations and manage inventory effectively will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the kiosk or shop, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Drive sales performance and actively support the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and professionally handle all customer issues.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and report replenishment needs accurately.
- Record daily sales transactions and support basic cash handling and reconciliation processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree or relevant retail experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, kiosk supervision, or shop management.
- Experience managing a kiosk or retail outlet is considered an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of sales operations, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
