Job Description

We are a Green Spacing Design Company located in Lagos, Nigeria, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Manager to oversee our store outlet in Surulere, Lagos. As the first point of contact for walk-in customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and facilitating sales. We are looking for an individual who is not only capable but also eager to contribute to our innovative workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take client purchase orders and pass them to the relevant unit.
  • Provide clients with helpful product information.
  • Document and record orders on the POS system.
  • Liaise with the relevant team to ensure clients receive their orders.
  • Respond to clients on social platforms.
  • Perform other ancillary duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Polite and tech-savvy female.
  • HND or BSc in any discipline or currently pursuing a degree.
  • Resident in the Yaba, Surulere axis.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales and client service experience.
  • Interior styling & flower decor experience is an added advantage.
