Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a leading luxury dry bar and retail brand in Lekki Phase 1. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and supervising our team of skilled stylists. You will play a key role in managing the daily workflow, addressing customer complaints with professionalism, and driving both service and retail sales through effective upselling techniques. Furthermore, you will manage the POS system, bookings, and inventory, and be prepared to step in as the Store Lead when required.
