Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Manage inventory and stock shelves.
- Supervise junior staff and oversee daily operations (for Supervisor/Manager role).
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Must reside in or very close to Ashi, Ibadan.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- For Supervisor/Manager: Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
