Job Description

TotalEnergies Electricité et Gaz France is seeking a motivated individual for an Alternance (work-study) position as a Recruitment and Training Officer.

This role offers a comprehensive learning experience within the Human Resources department, focusing on developing practical skills in talent acquisition and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the recruitment process for apprentices, interns, fixed-term contracts, permanent contracts, and temporary staff.
  • Draft and post job offers on job boards and internal tools.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial telephone pre-qualifications.
  • Organize interviews and liaise with hiring managers.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of recruitment activities and update dashboards.
  • Support the implementation of the skills development plan.
  • Assist in the logistical organization of training sessions, including registrations, invitations, and attendance tracking.
  • Manage the administrative follow-up of training, including reporting, indicators, and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and talent development.
  • Good command of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Rigor, organization, and a sense of confidentiality.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ease of oral and written communication.
