TotalEnergies Electricité et Gaz France is seeking a motivated individual for an Alternance (work-study) position as a Recruitment and Training Officer.
This role offers a comprehensive learning experience within the Human Resources department, focusing on developing practical skills in talent acquisition and professional development.
You will gain valuable insights into the operational aspects of an HR service, progressively taking on responsibilities and enhancing your autonomy in managing HR processes.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the recruitment process for apprentices, interns, fixed-term contracts, permanent contracts, and temporary staff.
- Draft and post job offers on job boards and internal tools.
- Screen applications and conduct initial telephone pre-qualifications.
- Organize interviews and liaise with hiring managers.
- Contribute to the monitoring of recruitment activities and update dashboards.
- Support the implementation of the skills development plan.
- Assist in the logistical organization of training sessions, including registrations, invitations, and attendance tracking.
- Manage the administrative follow-up of training, including reporting, indicators, and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and talent development.
- Good command of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Rigor, organization, and a sense of confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ease of oral and written communication.
