Kwik Steel Structures FZCO is urgently seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our dynamic team in the National Industries Park (NIP), Jebel Ali, Dubai.

This role is critical for managing all HR and administrative functions within our JAFZA environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations, overseeing recruitment processes, and maintaining smooth office operations. We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of free zone procedures and a commitment to fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee documentation and HR database.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave tracking.
  • Handle visa processing, labor, and immigration coordination.
  • Manage disciplinary matters and HR communications.
  • Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Liaise with JAFZA and other government authorities.
  • Maintain employee records and administrative reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience in HR & Administration.
  • Experience in the construction and manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Mandatory experience in a JAFZA / Free Zone environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, and medical procedures.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee relations.
  • Experience handling accommodation, transportation, camp administration, and office operations.
  • Good knowledge of government portals and free zone procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
