Job Description

Kwik Steel Structures FZCO is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join their dynamic team in Dubai.

This role is crucial for managing the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions within a JAFZA environment. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations, facilitating smooth visa procedures, and fostering positive employee relations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, leave management, and handling employee documentation. You will also manage accommodation, transportation, camp administration, and general office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of government portals and free zone procedures, coupled with excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
  • Employee documentation and HR database management
  • Payroll coordination, attendance, overtime, and leave tracking
  • Visa processing, labour and immigration coordination
  • Handling disciplinary matters, and HR communications
  • Office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management
  • Coordination with JAFZA and other government authorities
  • Maintaining employee records, company documents, and administrative reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of UAE experience in HR & Administration
  • Construction and manufacturing sector experience preferred
  • Mandatory experience in JAFZA / Free Zone environment
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processing, labour contracts, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, and medical procedures
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee relations
  • Experience handling accommodation, transportation, camp administration, and office operations
  • Good knowledge of government portals and free zone procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
