Job Description

TotalEnergies is seeking a dynamic and proactive Product Manager Débutant to join its OneTech entity in Pau, France. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable professional experience within a leading global multi-energy company. You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting TotalEnergies' strategic shift towards renewable energies and reduced carbon emissions.

In this full-time professionalization contract, you will contribute to the evolution and adoption of the "Opportunity Register," a crucial web application. This tool centralizes opportunities for improving production and minimizing emissions across subsidiaries, serving as a vital support for the maturation process of these initiatives. Your work will directly impact the company's performance monitoring and value creation through data-driven insights.

This 12-month contract is designed to provide comprehensive training, including professional, linguistic, and tool-specific modules, all delivered internally by TotalEnergies. It offers a unique pathway to acquire specialized skills and a year of professional experience, significantly boosting your employability in the energy and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and increase user adoption across subsidiaries, fostering communication and animating the user community.
Provide support to users in data entry and analysis processes.
Identify user needs and propose future improvements for the application.
Scope and prioritize future functionalities and evolutions in collaboration with clients.
Prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the "Boost Your Production" program (an Exploration & Production initiative).
Participate in managing the relationship with the external technical contractor (QUEST).

Qualifications

Recently graduated with a Master's degree (Bac+5) in the field of Data.
Possess initial experience in IT Project Management, user community animation, and data analysis.
Proficient in PowerBI and the Microsoft environment.
Comfortable working with databases.
Fluent in both French and English.
Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, rigor, curiosity, excellent interpersonal abilities, and proactivity.
Must hold a valid residence permit for the entire contract duration (minimum 13 months) at the date of hire.
Please note: This professionalization contract does not facilitate the issuance of a residence permit (article R.52221-6 of the Labor Code).
This position is intended for recent graduates seeking a first professional experience, not for those pursuing an apprenticeship with a school or a diploma course.
