Job Description

Innovaccer Analytics is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our rapidly expanding information technology team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop foundational skills in system engineering and IT support within a dynamic environment.

As an IT Apprentice, you will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting our computing systems and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor security patches across Windows, MacBook, and Linux systems to uphold security standards.

Qualifications

Possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical staff.
Demonstrate foundational knowledge of Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) Desktop operating systems.
Exhibit proficiency in computer hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Understand basic networking concepts and principles.
Capable of providing effective end-user support and resolving common IT issues.
