Key Responsibilities

Provide entry- to intermediate-level professional services under supervision.
Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise.
Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within the area of expertise.
Interact directly with colleagues, clientele, and other constituencies in planning assignments and resolving operational problems.
Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from professional personnel.
Conduct original research and prepare reports with recommendations.
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to student employees and/or interns within the area of specialty.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Entry-level knowledge and skill within a specified area of professional specialty.
Planning skills.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed technical instructions.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
