- Manage a defined territory, supporting existing customers and acquiring new ones to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate deals and implement activation activities, focusing on merchandising standards to ensure commercial image and product availability.
- Manage company assets effectively at customer points.
- Collect market and customer information to adapt strategies and ensure continuous growth.
- Strategically utilize all available resources to achieve sales targets, considering environmental sustainability.
- Adopt and effectively use new digital tools for optimal results.
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments, such as Trade Marketing, fostering a strong team spirit.
Qualifications
- University Degree (AEI/TEI - Higher Education Institution/Technological Educational Institute).
- Proven experience in a similar sales position within the small retail sector (promotion, sales, merchandising).
- Previous experience in the hospitality/catering sector is desirable.
- Valid car driving license.
- Availability and flexibility for travel within nearby geographical areas of responsibility.
- Ability to work autonomously, maintaining a strong focus on customer needs.
- Demonstrated results-orientation with a passion for sales and a strong desire for professional development.
