Job Description

We are seeking a technically-minded Sales Representative to join our client's team in Richmond, BC. This full-time, on-site role focuses on helping industrial customers navigate complex process challenges by providing expert guidance and optimal solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for a consultative sales professional who thrives on understanding intricate technical details, asking insightful questions, and building trust through expertise. You will not be engaged in high-volume transactional sales, but rather in a solution-based role supported by dedicated engineering teams.

Your primary objective will be to empower customers to make confident, informed decisions regarding their equipment choices. By deeply understanding their processes and identifying specific needs, you will recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance. You will serve as a trusted advisor, explaining not just what solution is best, but why it is the ideal fit for their unique application.

Success in this role is equally measured by the strength of your customer relationships and your sales performance. You will know you are excelling when customers feel supported and confident, channel partners consistently seek your technical advice, and your recommendations are accurate and timely. Your contributions will directly foster long-term customer success and drive sustainable business growth.
