Job Description

Sealy Mattress Middle East, a leading name in premium bedding and operated by the Middle East Mattress Factory Co., is actively seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Retail Sales Representative. This pivotal role is based in our exclusive showrooms, primarily in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where you will serve as a dedicated Sleep Consultant.

Your mission will be to expertly guide customers through our advanced bedding technologies, including renowned collections like Posturepedic and Crown Jewels, ensuring they discover their ideal sleep solution. This position is crucial for maximizing showroom revenue by delivering an exceptional, consultative customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet showroom visitors, analyze their sleeping habits, and recommend customized mattress systems.
  • Educate clients on mattress anatomy, support technologies, and the benefits of our 100-night trial guarantee.
  • Actively drive sales floor traffic to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
  • Maintain the high-end visual appeal of product displays, beds, and accessory arrangements.
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) systems, manage transactions, coordinate white-glove home deliveries, and process financing options.
  • Keep track of competitor promotions and provide direct feedback on customer preferences to regional management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of retail sales experience, ideally within premium bedding, luxury furniture, or high-end mattresses.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good proficiency in English is required; native proficiency in Arabic (Saudi or Egyptian dialects) is highly preferred for local market interaction.
  • Goal-oriented, passionate about wellness, and available to work flexible retail showroom shifts (including weekends).
  • Applicants must be Saudi, Yemeni, or Lebanese nationals.
